If you are a current patient you can log-in through the Patient Portal which provides
for a secure connection as a convenient way to communicate to our practices. You
can use the Patient Portal to make appointments, request Rx refills, view your lab
results, and pay your bill on-line.

At Southern Colorado Clinic (SCC), we pride ourselves in being forward-thinking and began the transition from paper records to Electronic Medical Records (EMR) which allow for better communication and coordination among our departments as well as our referring physicians. In addition SCC has the latest generation of digital x-ray which provides superior imaging and no bulky film for you to carry around.
We offer 2 locations for Urgent Care walk-in service which provide 11-hour coverage 7-days a week for your urgent medical care needs such as broken bones, sprains, lacerations, injuries, and common illnesses. We also can provide additional services such as sport, school or work physicals.
