Dr. Carla Proctor is a Pueblo native and graduated from CSU-Pueblo with a double major in Biology and Chemistry. She earned her Medical Degree from St. Louis University School of Medicine, followed by 3 years of pediatric residency training in Phoenix, AZ.   

Dr. Proctor has been caring for Pueblo’s children through her practice at the Southern Colorado Clinic since 1985.  She enjoys all sports, especially football and is the Denver Bronco’s #1 fan and critic.
