Marisa is a native of Pueblo and a graduate of Pueblo Central High School.  She graduated from the University of Southern Colorado with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Science from Colorado State University-Pueblo.

Marisa is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with qualifications as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner.  Her primary focus now is the musculoskeletal system of the body and sees patients of all ages in the Orthopedic Department.
