Tarah Sellner grew up in Minnesota and is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. She practiced as a Registered Nurse in an inpatient trauma and specialty care unit prior to moving to Colorado and working as an Emergency Department RN. Tarah then graduated with her MSN from the University of Colorado-Colorado Springs at Beth-El School of Nursing.

Tarah, a certified Family Nurse Practitioner, focuses on providing holistic care for the whole family with a special interest in health promotion, chronic disease management, acute medical concerns, and minor office procedures. She particularly enjoys women’s health, thyroid disease and helping others create a healthy lifestyle.

Tarah strives to create a relationship with each patient based on trust and caring. She hopes to meet her patients where they are at in their journey and help them reach their health goals whether it be physical, emotional or mental. She wants to works together as a team to prevent disease and promote wellness.

In her spare time Tarah enjoys spending time outdoors doing anything outside: hiking, paddle boarding, mountain biking, dirt biking, camping, snowboarding and Jeeping. She loves spending time with her husband and their 3 dogs searching for their next adventure.
