Havilah Spurlock grew up on the plains of Southeastern Colorado and is proud to call Pueblo her home. She obtained her BSN and graduate nursing degree (MSN-FNP) through Walden University. Since 2014 and throughout the pursuit of her advanced degree, she worked with Dr. Nallegowda in his pain management clinic.
Ms Spurlock has a special interest in pain management, and is very familiar with managing musculoskeletal and neuropathic pain conditions. She has years of experience in helping patients find pain relief through comprehensive pain management. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and board certified in Family Practice (FNP-C).

Havilah has three amazing children and enjoys her free time with them and her siblings. She loves gardening and cooking, and is passionate about missions work in Haiti with her church.
